Healthy Hot Wings : recipe / instructions
Chicken Wings
Salt/Pepper
Onion Powder
Favorite Wing Sauce
Minced Garlic
Place wings on cutting board - get a sharp knife
Chop off wing ends
Place wings in boiling water - 10-15 minutes
(this is cooking the fat off of wings)
Add to water: salt and garlic (minced)
Drain very good after boiling . (make sure drained very well !)
Add onion powder and pepper in bowl and mix with wings.
Place on baking rack and put in oven @ 400 degress until skin turn
crispy. (about 10-20 minutes)
I like using Frank's Red Hot sauce
Heat up sauce in microwave (use glass bowl)
After wings crispy, pull out of oven and mix hot sauce/wings in glass bowl.
